Mr. Stoehr graduated from Rutgers University in 2001 and the Villanova University School of Law in 2004.  During law school he participated in the Juvenile Justice Clinic where he represented juveniles in delinquency proceedings in Delaware County, the Reimel Moot Court Competition, and had an externship at the United States Third Circuit Court of Appeals.  After law school he worked at a large multi-practice law firm in Philadelphia.  Prior to joining the firm he was an Assistant District Attorney in Montgomery County, where he specialized in narcotics offenses and gained significant trial experience.  Mr. Stoehr is a member of the American, Pennsylvania, and Montgomery County Bar Associations.  He is licensed to practice is Pennsylvania and New Jersey
