Ms. Miller graduated from the University Of Illinois in 1983 with a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science and a minor in Russian Area Studies. She received her Law Degree from the John Marshall Law School in 1986. During law school she was a member of the Moot Court Board and a Moot Court Scholarship Recipient. She is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania, Illinois, and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. She is a member of the Pennsylvania, Illinois and Montgomery County Bar Associations. She is married with two children and resides in Whitemarsh Township, Montgomery County.
