Mr. Mennies graduated from LaSalle University in 1979. He received his law degree from Villanova University Law School in 1985. During law school he was a member of the Moot Court Board, a finalist in the Reimel Moot Court competition and won the school's client counseling competition. He is a member of the American, Pennsylvania, and Montgomery County Bar Associations and is a lecturer for the National Insurance Crime Bureau and the Pennsylvania Bar Institute. He specializes in all aspects of insurance defense litigation as well as affirmative lawsuits on behalf of insurance carriers. He has extensive experience in matters involving auto liability, property and casualty insurance fraud, first and third party benefits, bad faith, uninsured and underinsured motorist benefits, property claims, insurance coverage, product liability and toxic exposure. He has successfully defended and tried cases in Philadelphia, Montgomery, Delaware, Bucks and Chester Counties as well as in the Federal Courts
