Mr. Palmer graduated from the University of Dayton in 1999. Prior to attending law school, he worked in the financial industry in New York City where he obtained his Series 7 securities brokerage license. He received his law degree from Widener University School of Law in 2005. While in law school, he interned at the Criminal Justice Center in Philadelphia. After graduating from law school, Mr. Palmer served as a law clerk to the Honorable Anthony J. DeFino in the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County. He is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
