Mr.Sherr graduated from Temple Law School, where he received his
LLB in 1956. He was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 1957. Mr.
Sherr is a Fellow in the prestigious American College of Trial Lawyers.
He has been an Adjunct Professor of Law in the LLM Advocacy Program
at Temple University School of Law. In addition, he is a Judge Pro
Tem in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas, and was a Discovery
Master in the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas, where he
began the current discovery motion practice. He is also a mediator
in the United Stated District Court for the Eastern District of
Pennsylvania, and participates as a mediator or a neutral arbitrator
in many matters. Mr. Sherr has been awarded Martindale Hubbell's
highest AV Preeminent peer review rating. He has been selected as
a Pennsylvania
Super Lawyer for six consecutive years 2006 - 2011.
